Pretty sure is was KidsWB in my area at the time, but they and Fox (plus UPN) were affiliated.

i mostly watch it now with original commercials from KidsWB but I would do a full rewatch from Tubi

My side has been hurting for a few days and yesterday when I woke up and stretched it popped, loudly

This seems to be the mostly likely cause, egg makes sense because my left side false ribs have been dislocated/detached since I was young
