The Veterans Temporary Assistance (VTA) program provides eligible PA veterans and their surviving dependents with financial relief for necessities of life such as food, shelter, fuel, and clothing. Veterans and their dependents can apply for up to $1600 per year.

For those of you familiar with this event, you can expect more of the same! For those new, we will have dozens of local, state, and federal organizations on site to offer you information and resources on benefits, programs, and more available to senior citizens.
My 5th annual Senior Fair is approaching! The event will be held on Thursday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel | 8339 Old York Rd, Elkins Park, PA 19027.
🗣 It's 7/25 and the minimum wage is still $7.25.

Today marks the 16th anniversary since the federal minimum wage was increased to $7.25. But here in Pennsylvania, it's languished at that amount since, while every state surrounding us has increased their minimum wage.

It's time to raise the wage!
