No te preocupes, mi gráfica puede grabar en AV1 y Resolve sí admite AV1, así que grabo todo en AV1 siempre, ya no uso H264 ni H265 para nada. Pero gracias igual!

Aren't you using fixed timestep? Because you should. Run your physics at a fixed 30 ticks per second, and your graphics at an arbitrary framerate. Don't multiply by delta time, all games that multiply their game logic by delta time are fundamentally broken and will never be consistent across FPS.

After about 3 days of work, I got DLSS to work on NVK (the open source NVIDIA driver in Mesa)! 🎉

DLSS is essentially just some launched Cuda kernels, so it was just a matter of implementing the VK_NVX_binary_import and VK_NVX_image_view_handle extensions.

Btw, I had good reason to upgrade the BIOS. The stock BIOS didn't let the laptop recognize more than 3.5 or so GB of RAM, even with a 64-bit OS. The updates BIOS fixed it and let me use my full 4 GB.

Well, it's weird as hell. But it was "normal" as in it just does that when you update the BIOS. Then it reboots itself when done.

The laptop was an Acer Aspire 5930G

(2/2) which caused the laptop to become a brick. Even the power indicator LED when plugging it in didn't work

I RMA'd it and pretended to not know what happened. They somehow reached the conclusion that the motherboard had burned itself to death. They replaced it.

Then I updated the BIOS for real.

I tried to upgrade the BIOS on my first laptop when I was like 12. The only option was an .exe that ran through Windows. When I ran it, the laptop freaked out: random noises, mouse moving everywhere, etc. All this was normal, but I didn't know that. I freaked out so I held the power button (1/2)
