Alot of people doom abotu the youtube algorythm but can i be absolutely clear? If i go onto a Virtual machine with out any thing at all, for the algorythm jsut being on youtube and having high retention pushes you above the largest creators there, for a bit, youtube assigns you "as needed" traffic.

its infact not even close. Asking 3 people to give me some watchtime who usually would be on twitch, made me go from 711 followers/500 subs on youtube, to 850 followers and 1100 subs on yutube, with 20-40 ccvish per stream, from 3, in half a year.

so if you ever think about restarting
try that.

Gneuinely, its sad i only really see this post now after you announced your graduation, but migrating to youtube as a secondary plattform, taking the viewers that are there but lurking and asking them nicely to maybe watch on yt due to watchtime helping in the algo - helped me alot .
