Ah, I was suspecting Sjogrens syndrome. I have MCTD as a diagnosis and it's also known as the overlap disease because the symptoms overlap multiple other things like Sjogrens and Lupus. 😔 Just a bummer because my symptoms used to be primarily like lupus.

My only relief(emotionally) is it's not a tooth abscess. It is swollen painful. I've been using my massage gun on my pillow while laying on it, so I can feel the vibrations through the pillow without beating my face up.

😭😭😭 Oh no. 3 weeks? I'm on week 1 and this is hell while taking medicine. it's been so painful. I don't think I'd be functional enough to go to work without medicine while having it.

You salivary glands can make stones too.

When you see the doctor they'll be like "go suck on a lemon to see if the sour will create so much saliva it will push out the stone." If it doesn't work you'll just be in more pain from the saliva stuck in your gland.
