It's a variant of "I accidentally reported you" scam who want to steal your account.

Don't reply and report.

Familiarize yourself with how a platforms moderation team operates.

Many, like bluesky's, will never ask you to reach out to them on a third party platform to resolve an issue. Huge red flag if you're told to add their support on Discord of all places.
