What also always works for me are bananas. I can eat it quickly in the morning and fills the stomach for a bit.

Since I work a full time job, I always gotta get up early. I too always struggled with breakfast..I just love my sleep xD. So I go to work with an empty stomach and then fill it with coffee until lunch break. I am trying to break this bad habit. So now I prepare sandwiches the evening before.
