I swear Nature is trying to make me a serial killer of some sort. Except for that one turtle (missed him), Nature keeps sending animals to die either by my hand or around me. I've hit a bat, I've almost hit a deer and an owl. Hit a squirrel yesterday and a bird hit my bedroom window today.

Had to take a couple days to just rest. But this morning, I've already finished chapter 4 and I'm working on chapter 5 now of "Taking the Tea." Not sure how to handle Vasu's next chapter yet. How far should I jump ahead and which character is covering Valentine's Day?

Didn't feel like doing squat today. I wasn't feeling well. So, instead of writing, I'm reading "Bound to His Omega" by Lorelei M. Hart to @maggycraven.bsky.social and @tertaneyh.bsky.social. It's the second book in the Omegas of Oliver Creek series

You can tell I never check my Kindle Library. I actually opened it just to look the other day and wanted to scream at all these strange books I had no idea I had. I was shocked that I actually had things to read and I wasn't as desperate as I thought LOL. Doesn't mean I won't still add freebies.

I got the first book of the Crescent Lake Dragons series, but noticed this one and I love me some bear shifters. Wolves and Dragons may get old but bears never do for me. Sadly, book 1 isn't free...but book 10 is!

Okay, seriously, take it from me: it's one thing to work on two WIPS simultaneously yet separately. It's another thing to literally work on two WIPs at the same exact time, chapter hopping in between each one. Gotta get into the groove in each one over and over.

As for my own writing, I'm on chapter 2 of Taking the Tea, a story set in my #Ferrybrooke universe. Vasu is fun to write so far. The story is a dual POV first person between Ian (omega) and Vasu (alpha) who is an Indian Giant Squirrel shifter.

Found the last ebook. It's called Christmas Wish by Cole Bates. Not omegaverse or mpreg. Basic gay awakening stuff. Or Gay For You. Sounded fun and @maggycraven.bsky.social wants me to read it to her lol. So that'll be a holiday thing we do.

I got ALL of the books I was missing in the Oliver Creek series! I had just enough for them. I'm happy! Now I have like 4 new books to read in the world. I have enough to get a book for $2.99 but I've not found anything interesting yet
