He has refused new sanctions on Moscow and blocked new aid to Kyiv.

Je ne suis pas sûre d'avoir bien compris la synthèse du rapporteur générale, mais, globalement, au lieu de réduire les déficits, on a trouvé le moyen de faire encore plus de dépenses.
Ce qui est paradoxal, car, on est sur la partie "recettes" du budget.
