I wonder if they ever read the old lore about the presence of Elder being so alluring to humans (and presumably other sapiens) that most people get "confusing" feelings about them. They have a literal gay aura.

It is interesting that the original English word "Man" literally just meant "person/human" and was used to describe both until the middle English period, (before then it was wif and wer that were used to distinguish the sex's) so the modern greeting "What's up man" is historically gender-neutral.

You're right, I remember being a self-important 16 year-old thinking that all modern music was rubbish, now being 36+ and excited that my next favourite song is probably being written right now somewhere.
Our mental health absolutely informs our physical health, we can stagnate.
