I went to visit a craft market today! If you're in New Brighton, it's at the Floral Pavilion on the top floor. Everything they sold was gorgeous! (I ended up getting a wall hanging of a Victorian print for myself, and a nice gothic mirror for Mum for Christmas)

If you can, I highly recommend spoiling those kids rotten on Halloween. Doesn't matter their age, I saw toddlers and teenagers all light up in exactly the same way getting these goody bags filled with sweets & Pokémon cards and it was the cutest thing ❤️ (Also, pretty proud of my pumpkin this year!)

So I love listening to @chucktingle.bsky.social 's Patreon podcast, and in one of his latest ones he spoke about "being the house that gives out the big candy bars", and so this Halloween I really took it to heart & gave out Halloween goody bags. I've never seen so many excited kids!

I thought Sinners was pretty much cemented as my movie of the year, but after seeing Del Toro's Frankenstein tonight it's got some stiff competition 😮 That was incredible!

This is going to feel like the longest wait of my life but I am ready for this 😄❤️ Titan Books, UK preorders please?!

So I've decided to once again try and get an actual book written. So far it's going surprisingly okay! (If it works out, expect it sometime next year-ish? Maybe? It's a fantasy kids' book if anyone's curious!)

On Thursday I got to visit Gorillaz: House of Kong and honestly... I won't talk about what's inside because I don't want to spoil it, but if you get the chance to go and you're a fan, do it. My friend genuinely got emotional there because it made the characters feel so *real*. It was like magic

When you're going to something as different as the Gorillaz House of Kong exhibition, of course you need nails that are a little bit different too! ❤️

I tried to get it from Google Books and successfully bought it, but it won't open and seems to be bugged. So this is just wonderful 🙃

So after waiting until 5pm #LuckyDay still wasn't available to download from the Kobo UK store, and it now says "Edition unavailable in United Kingdom" with no option to do anything, pre-order or otherwise (I've checked and yes I was able to pre-order it last night). Tor Publishing, what the hell?

I'm still waiting for the ebook to release and I can't remember the last time I felt this impatient about anything 😭
