look, i mean for starters, one of the main programs i work in is substance painter, were i do stuff for vrchat things, i appreciate your good will, but ive already considered and decided that im not going to switch anytime soon, especially after seeing friends try to do so

still, its still more efficient for me to just deal with microsofts bs currently than moving to something like linux, and will probably be for a long time still even at this rate

i mean, i dont really have an option, linux isnt an alternative for me since i would have to run a windows emulator 24/7, and neither is mac os lol

My important ones are spread across multiple harddrives, with backups between them, before updating today i additionally did some cloud backups, and the reason for the slight overkill is because i dont trust windows enough, and i know ive got brainfog myself, so i dont trust myself either lol

Ive had friends experience horrors with it, so spent the last few days backing up all my tb of unity stuff, blender stuff, video, 3d models and resources etc, then the whole day today figuring out the mess that was updating lol
