I just really appreciate Goblin industriousness. If I had to chose, I would have not sacrifices Aszhara tbh, but Desolace.

Would have loved Aszhara as a zone where the Blood Elves explore their Highborne past and come to odds with the Night Elves.

of seeing distant echoes of the past. WoW now feels very busy, and while new zones are very beautiful, there's that lack of mystery.

While I do miss old Aszhara, there is something about the world actually evolving that WoW lacks, and this is one of the few zones were you actually see massive changes.

I do miss it, even when I can go to Classic for it. Modern WoW lacks the liminality of Classic TBH, that feeling of loneliness-

Which overall to me is a net positive. Call it wishful thinking, but to me it streamlines his role as someone that went to the isles with us, and found something different that he was looking.

100% a believer that Wrathion will show up going forward on his "Diplomat" role.

IMO, I think the goal is to introduce Wrathion, whose appearance on the DF leveling might come out of nowhere for a new player I guess. Like they know now at least he comes with us to the Dragon Isles.

Overall it doesn't change is DF role, but introduces him.
