theres still the very plausible concern that a lot of the modern violence/insanity in the older generation is from an entire generation of people who are in power across the entire country that grew up with lead in everything and likely are suffering from varying degrees of mental damage cause of it

i have always loved the idea of a setting that had something like bodily and even species transformation being as easy as booking an appointment at a hair salon to get your hair dyed or something
