ill be commentating and toing oktolan this weekend, and also leblanc will be TOing ULAN 2026, so i think that is a topic we can talk about.

also that we're hosting a league very soon hopefully and just how to manage a team successfully if you want to get into the TOing business :)

what has bugged me for some time as well, is that a lot of people only tie the barrier to midlevel to one tournament (most of the time low ink). the barrier between these levels that we've created are very blurry and imo it is a bad idea to tie these levels to individual tournaments.

except for streams, which currently, because of other issues, are not feasable for us, and maybe expanding to other platforms, which i dont think would help us that much either, or spamming public servers, which i dont wanna do since thats annoying, i see no other way to bring attention to our org

is any TO/player/whoever honestly willing to have a genuine discussion about what more you could do as a TO? i feel like, although im trying my best running the tournaments, it sometimes isnt even enough to run it at all (except cts which is running well).
