Star Wars, Star Trek, and... well I would say "more" but that's really about it at the moment. https://www.youtube.com/@RadioFreeCoruscant/videos

While the leaked photos of it don't look great, I think this image just suffers from really bad lighting that makes it look like it has an octagonal saucer. The actual rim of it is covered in curved pieces, but you can't see them from this angle, and the lighting highlights the angled plates instead
-Cynically capitalizing on the hype surrounding a project they arbitrarily refused to make
-Testing the waters to gauge interest in Ben & Rey in 2025
-Unimaginably funny coincidence with a pre-scheduled video
-Bob Iger himself uploaded it to mock us
-Confirmation that they're making it now

I mean to be fair he *did* fade out like Obi-Wan and Yoda, which leaves little room for resurrection shenanigans. But personally I'd have just had him fade back in somewhere else at the start of the film and have him think it was just as weird as the audience does. That would be so funny.

When the government can silence one artist, it threatens freedom for all.

It even has a different livery and and isn't all beat up; I don't know how they could have made it more obvious. I guess maybe they should have made the paint color different, like a New Republic blue or something.
"Mr. Iger, Mr. Iger! They're unsubscribing in spades! What do we do?"

"Make it MORE EXPENSIVE."

"Brilliant strategy, sir! Another billion dollars to your holiday bonus package!"
Didn't the people around him torment him enough in life? Must we also create a digital simulacrum to continue abusing his fame and talent posthumously? Absolutely ghoulish behavior. Evil technology for evil people.
Are this and your other openings paid or unpaid? They're all marked as Volunteer Position, which would normally imply the latter, but I would assume you aren't looking for an unpaid Affiliate Manager or HR Assistant.
The Clone Wars should have been the Civil War, the Civil War should have been something like the Galactic Revolution, and the FO-R War should have been the First Order Insurrection.

Or the Clone Wars should have been written differently to better reflect the name, since the name came first...
#StarWars hot take: The "Clone Wars" was a terrible name for the conflict between the Republic and the CIS, and the "Galactic Civil War" was hardly any more fitting for Rebellion vs Empire. The "First Order-Resistance War" is the only one accurately named, but that name just sucks in general.

"There comes a time when refusing to stop violence can no longer be called nonviolence. We cease to be objectors and become bystanders. At some point, morality must be wedded to action, or else it's no more than mere...vanity. "

Is this not just an open declaration of civil war? Like he specifically says "WAR" in the damn post, not even any attempt at plausible deniability...
I'll be making a video about the design process eventually. Unfortunately I thought it would be a good idea to screen record the entire thing, so now I have like 8 hours and 35 GB of footage I'll need to sift through to make it...
Originally I wanted it to be a Naboo-style ship, but I wasn't really liking any of the ideas I had for that, so I switched to a Gozanti cruiser-inspired design instead. It's probably too similar to the Gozanti now, but I like to think of it as a High Republic-era predecessor.
