For mental health issues it is better to ask what is happening or what has happened as opposed to what’s the matter or what is wrong.

Do we do the same when supporting behaviour?

If we ask the latter we can make it feel there is fault/blame.

It doesn’t help understanding.
Sounds wonderful. When I lived with my OH it was in a village where the wall to my school was only 20 minutes. I didn’t have so much room carry way back then.
Although I’ve taken early retirement I still do some work to top up my pension. I work from home which I love. I am a governor at my local CofE school which is minutes away.

It’s ironic that my first post was 4 miles away & then every subsequent post was further away. I should have known better.
The last 6 miles of my journey home was my killer. It weighed me down. I knew every inch of those 6 miles. There was a 2 mile stretch of chevrons for keeping distance. There are 150 of them - 75 in each lane of the motorway. The distance was only 35 miles. The amount of traffic affected the time.
Even better with the change of clocks. You actually get to see daylight for a few days before leaving home and travelling back home in the dark. I had at least an hour in the car each way depending on the tie of day and would plan playlists for the journeys.
Undertaking an NPQ?
Written task
1. WHAT are the issues? How they are connected/impact upon each other?
2. WHAT are proposed solutions? Detail & not generic & show the triangulation.
3. WHY/rationale have you chosen these? WHY not what.
4. HOW will you implement/mitigate change?
His spite is also dividing Americans in to Democrats and Republicans where the former is promoted as the enemy.

The DSA - Divided States of America - reminds me of the North and South TV series except it's happening in my lifetime.
It really is so very unnerving. He truly believes everything that comes out of his mouth is actually real and the truth. I suppose it's more about the location of his mouth as to what he's talk out of. 😜😂
I have to keep fact checking things because I can never tell if it is AI or real. More often than not it is real and that terrifies me. The press secretary has her head so far up his backside, when he opens his mouth you see her face.
Sheer spitefulness.

Revolting, repugnant, narcissistic, misogynistic, deceitful lying little twerp!
It is and I am now way behind on my work. x
As long as I'm well for my birthday on Thursday as I have plans with Mum.
I've had a double dose of 'flu-like things' and now heading into week 5. Mum is on week 7. We're both heading towards the tail end of it but it has been an awful thing to shift.

I can't wait to get back to smelling of Chanel No.5 and not Eau d'Olbas.
Vicks is just too sticky.

Lovely day doing governor things including monitoring but also chatting to parents during parent consultations. Home for something simple for supper.
