I've only seen up to battle frontier because I'm waiting for dp to have better subs/rips but yeah for all the faults of American English dubbing in the 90s/2000s they could sing a catchy cheesy song that is too catchy and not too cheesy.

watching the anime in japanese for the first time last year really made me realize how well made the songs for the dub openings were because they're just like completely different songs that still manage to completely match the energy of the visuals (albeit edited around with a tad) super impressive

maybe early-early midgame for sure but once you start having demons with multiple elemetal skills on em and how good smirking is in base 4 especially it's just so much more worth it to be doin magic in those games especially because the physical crit skills all have really low accuracy

because modern atlus balancing demands physical be the best thing you can be doing at all times and berserker is just the best physical class for reasons i think are pretty self explanatory. the party member that gets it is probably my fav at least what a lovely bloke
