even in Civil terms there's not really anything Mimico can do, because there's no way to successfully claim damages over a piece of fan-art which, by definition, they have no ownership over.

EPIC have said nothing, will likely do nothing, and there's really nothing that could happen to change that.

this whole situation is fascinating - Mimico should have been approached by EPIC about using the design, that would have been the moral and right thing to do, but also this is fan art of a character produced by Sony and owned by Netflix.. there's no legal ownership or even legal wrongdoing..
