So much has been stripped from LAs, they often (planning I'm talking about) need to sub it out. Some of the larger companies for Ecology, landscaping etc will work for both the PLCs and LA, and not seen as a conflict of interest
Not just this but why didn't they listen to the experts. If I knew this approach was bad and presenting issues, why did that not get listened to/taken as seriously as it should
