I’ve never heard of this in my entire life. Turns out it’s a Midwest, northeast, Arizona, and Florida thing. Totally made up
RIP to the most talented member of KISS. The band really lost something special after he was fired. We grew up on KISS, and I know it’s not cool to like them, but most of their 70’s output is great. Go listen to Ace’s solo album and Destroyer in remembrance
Episode 353: Fun in the Dark by Groovie Ghoulies available now!

This week we kick off our Halloween Spooktacular by taking a look at the Groovie Ghoulies 1999 album, Fun in the Dark. Selected by our good buddy the Madball Mystery Caller.

Son of Frankenstein (1939) ⭐️⭐️⭐️1/2

This movie was a blast. The third of the original Frankenstein films and final for Boris Karloff. The movie where Frank gets his fuzzy sweater vest. Bela Lugosi and Basil Rathbone steal this movie. Mel Brooks borrored heavily from this one for Young Frankenstein
Episode 352: Disguise in Love by John Cooper Clarke available now!

It’s time for another Birthday Spanking. It was Dylan’s turn to choose an album to punish Justin. We are talking about the major label debut of the British punk poet, John Cooper Clarke.

Our very first recording was of this album and then we lost the audio. We went back and re-recorded about it for our 150th episode

Feel this very hard. Just learned I didn’t get the position I really wanted and needed today
I’ll never listen to any band with such unfathomably lazy names

Episode 351: Full Collapse by Thursday available now

This week Justin was given the year 2001 and selected Thursday’s breakthrough album, Full Collapse. This record was extremely influential to the coming post hardcore, emo, and a screamo scene.

Not sure what I expected from this movie. I knew it was the same guy who directed Ichi the Killer, so I was anticipating wall to wall violence. Instead it’s a slow build to the inevitable torturous finale. It really makes the payoff that much more effective. Not the goriest film but I was squirming
These networks are cowards. Though Jimmy Fallon wasn’t much for saying anything of substance

They need to read the Big Beat Manifesto
Those round sprinkles are insidious
I wouldn’t be surprised if those freaks were in the real list
I see he’s using the same basic argument that the WWE used
I just tried this on the Twelve Hour Turn album I was feeling kind of mid on, now it rocks!
