And yeah, I usually add punishments onto my rules, too, but they generally just add to the pile of "stuff I didn't do" and make me feel worse.

My brain is GOING to derail, so the best I can do is accept and work around that.

For what it's worth, it helps a LOT to learn to accept and be comfortable with your diaper leaking in bed.

It's gonna happen sometimes, just a fact of life for someone stuck in diapers at night. Look at doing laundry the next morning as a reminder that you need protection.

Embrace it. Enjoy it :3

It's one of those things where once you start being able to do it, you'll wonder why you ever had trouble in the first place.

Probably not locked, but definitely chaste! The cage is fun and all, and I definitely might start wearing it more often, but tbh I straight-up hate sleeping in it 😅

And yeah, ace here. Not sex repulsed exactly, but also never been interested or found people physically attractive in general.
