Yeah. This is the thing that irks me. People will bring up someone's politics circa 1919 as proof of them being some existential threat. Despite that being unrelated to the charges against them.

But, for some reason, bringing up the odiousness of Beria is considered irrelevant.

Morrison maintains this wasn't the case, but also change their story frequently about the whole thing, so I'm inclined to believe Moore in this instance.

People seem confused about the Moore v. Morrison thing, and no, it's not a factional wizard duel.

Morrison was just very publicly rude to Moore for no real reason and things spiraled from there. Morrison called it publicity-building trash talk, which aligns with their tendency to think

This is, unfortunately, very on-brand for them.

Theyve always been bizarrely naive when it comes to, well, most things.

I doubt they did this for a paycheck, they are very principled, their principles just aren't developed from any interaction with the actual, existing world.

The thing about Grant Morrison is this sort of solipsistic, high-concept low-detail thinking is what happens when you have no adequate framework to understand the world.

They taught sigilcraft to a bunch of rich libertarians because they're gullible and think we live in the ideal realm of thought.
