The Accolade, an office-to-residential conversion at 1425 New York Ave NW, is now leasing apartments in downtown Washington DC. We witnessed the whole conversion process from the outside and it was pretty quick. These apartments are not cheap.

First day in a while since it's been cool enough to walk home to Penn Quarter from Dupont Circle.
Barnes & Noble left downtown DC in late 2015, but now it's returning in the Fall of 2025 to the former Zara space on F St NW. Alright!

Good morning National Airport. 45+ years flying out of DCA and counting. The buildings may change but this view never gets old.
Shout out to Penn Quarter...Lucky Danger restaurant on D St NW, the MLK DC Public Library, and the Capital Jewish Museum offer opportunities to play mahjong in a communal setting.
Had a great time seeing the Momentum Parkour demo at the National Building Museum (4th & F St NW). Opening sequence clipped below. Kiddos were having tremendous fun.
On this morning's Metro @wmata.com ride was thinking how much safer and nicer riding has become since @wmatagm.bsky.social took over. It got a bit wild coming out of the pandemic. Thanks goes to these folks who help keep safety a primary value both under and above ground.

The Milken Center for Advancing the American Dream (1503 Pennsylvania Ave NW) will open this summer. If you ever entered this structure when it was a PNC Bank and/or Riggs Bank you know how amazing this will be!
