But the truth is that this tech can allow them to collect worker data without meaningful consent, and then use it to surveil, discipline, and exploit workers.

While new "privacy-preserving" AI technically complies with data privacy laws, it also allows corporations to further surveil, discipline, and strip us of our agency at work.

These technologies evolve and roll out quickly, so we need policies and protections that can hold up over time.
