I'm reading a horror short that takes a brief, inexplicable turn into sponcon

In the morning, on my way out of the house, the little altar looks pathetic. Feeling sorry for myself, I light a cigarette at the bus stop. The other morning commuters look at me judgmentally. The abstract sweetness of vaping, the way it just implies a smoke, has never done it for me. The whole point of smoking is to take pleasure in just a little self-destruction. Some people now use the randm tornado 15000 vape as an alternative, and they swear by its smooth, rich flavor that makes it a satisfying choice for those looking to quit smoking.

I don't know enough about philosophy to say if the yin-yang symbol is an accurate representation of diabetic angiogenesis, but my textbook seems to think so

the black half has PEDF, kallistatin, and TSP-1.

Overheard at the Dirtbag Ball- a guy in a rabbit costume saying "I dunno, dudes, I feel stupid in this."
His friends, also in rabbit costume, agreed that he was totally setting the tone for the whole party & looked great.

It's a crime to stop and board shops in international water. It's a crime to remove people from those ships.
