I bought my rig 25yrs ago from a Govt Mule taper out of Philly with a MK21 wide card and MK8 fig8 capsules>active cables and a VMS02iB power/pre/matrix box. He was like, just set the matrix to 6 and you will be fine

I have owned a schoeps mid-side set up for years, but have only done a raw mid/side once or twice to mix later......I usually set the schoeps matrix/pre box on 6 and let it go

I had a feral we rescued who literally tore the fascia off our front door to get outside at wildlife. I dubbed him Oswald bc he was the assassin of squirrels, leaving their parts on the doorstep as a token of his appreciation.

That was years ago, and we have kept all of ours inside since.

Like a lot of air-cooled VWs of that era, it appears to have a different engine in it....I think it has a 1.7liter engine out of a Porsche 914
