I had the bright idea to take apart my old fursuit head and apply the lining and fur to my new head.
For my old one, I can really even fit it anyways and it was just too tight on my head to begin with.
The lining surprisingly fits wonderfully and the fur is beautiful.๐Ÿฅฐ

I am totally refurbishing this head after only 2 days
I'm so lucky I know how to sew๐Ÿ˜…
I took off most of the foam on top of the head and it was way lighter! I'll probably be posting this weird experience as it goes on.

Definitely going to have to do that! I guess I'll order more fur and polyfill soon.
I already removed a lot of the foam and the metal from inside the head and it made it a million times lighter and it still has its shape.

You're all good, I appreciate the question. The problem is the head is too bad heavy so it really puts a strain on my neck.
I even opened her up and they just put too much padding on the back for her long hair
