I think the hardest part of game dev is pressure to make what is "popular." Everyone's excited to see the next and best graphics or mechanics, and when you see those projects getting so much love, it makes you want to quit being original and do what others want. Resist the urge; be yourself! 🙏

The Wii not getting a sequel to this and instead getting Battle Revolution is a massive fumble in Pokemon history. Battle Revolution's fun, but it's a regression compared to the Colosseum games, and there's TONS they could have done with a sequel given Sinnoh's lore.

Lairon always felt too cool to be a mid-stage Pokemon. It's got such a cool design that I wish it was a split-evolution off Aron. So Aron would have the option of a quadruped evolution in Lairon and a biped evolution in Aggron.

Idk if this is a hot take or not, but every #PokemonTCG format should have at least one viable Earthquake-esque self-damaging combo that's B-Tier or better. It's a risk that should be worth taking if you know the right cards to take it with.

Used this on a Mamoswine EX/Pidgeot EX deck. I don't remember if it was my favorite add-on to that archetype, but it was pretty fun. Really the only thing holding it back is no Resistance. A Darkness resistance on this thing would go so hard.
