Dismantle the oligarchy and the patriarchy. I'm still just a small town girl who loves wildlife photography and hates the patriarchy. Unless otherwise noted, all photos posted are my own. 🫘 Iowa Blue Dot

Imagine that. These guys seem like upstanding people who would never lie...

I just know all these ice agents are the same people that just got pardoned in January.

It's definitely someone on his staff, but he authorized it. The Progressive bench is deep. I can think of two excellent current governors and one former Secretary of Transportation I would prefer.
Agreed. I'll support him trolling trump's regime, but I'll be looking for different qualifications when I vote for a presidential candidate.
This should make it easier for the prosecutors when we get to the Nuremberg trials portion of this debacle.
I will never be able to forgive the people I know who voted for this. I've cut out so many friends and relatives from my life.
I'm in a hummingbird state of mind. Here is one from a mid September trip to a flower farm. I went to take photos of dahlias, but I ended up looking at #birds

Ruby Throated Hummingbird, Iowa
I love having fun facts forced upon me against my will.
Wow, have I been busy the past few months. Took a lot of photos, saw a lot of the country. I'm going to cross the country again this month. So excited to see California!

Ruby throated hummingbird from earlier this summer. 💜

Do I even remember how to post #Birds ?
Eastern Phoebe posing pretty for me. From a recent #Birding trip to Palisades Kepler Park near Mt Vernon, Iowa.
I hate when I typo the hashtags. I can't read blue font very well on my phone screen.
I was looking at the map for Kenilworth Park. That looks lovely!
I'm still here.

I'll be in DC this upcoming week. Looking back through your thread to find a good place to do some birding.
He's beautiful, even if a nuisance
It seems I've returned to the #Birds feed on #Flyday

Here is a Brown Pelican from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
That seems like a good ID, but they do all have very similar appearances.
Me too. He looks properly affronted.
This is such a great photo! Crisp and clear, and their body language is superb.
This was taken at Palisades-Kepler Park near Mt. Vernon, Iowa.
So much travel this summer. I got out of my daily #Birds posting, and then I haven't really had much time to get back in.

Today I'm restarting birds because I'm too angry and sad to look at any other social media.

Female Scarlet Tanager. I couldn't find her mate, but she's lovely.
Smithsonian Castle lit up with pink sky twilight after the storms last night.

I'm still here, reading when I have time, but I've been from St Louis to Tucumcari to Colorado to Pennsylvania in a pretty short period of time. So much beautiful scenery! Everyone should see all the mountains.
