Some states have vaccine registries where you can request your records. California has been doing this since the 90s. As for what vaccines to get ask your pharmacist.

PrEP medications for the prevention of HIV transmission were under USAID. I hope other countries are able to step up as this is an important tool until an effective vaccine can be developed
