People like our exs, (not trying to compare pain here, just to clarify), are most likely not welcomed here just because of that. ABDLs in general don't fuck with shitty people, with shitty kink practices.
We just want to uplift others, and express our pain and joy within a community of other adults.

Definitely sorry to hear about your shitty ex, don't get me wrong. I still feel dread when I think of my own, who was also into ABDL, but just because an ex was a shit-bag who did shitty things, that doesn't mean that all ABDLs ever, also do that. I'd know that as someone who is still in ABDL.

Harm reduction takes many forms, and while the line might blur for others, there is in fact a difference between art, and content that advocates for harm.
Find the line and defend it, don't make sweeping statements within that nuance, with no consideration for what it truly means.

There's nuance in our community, and there's nuance in mental health, and how age regression is both a medical event/term, and a term used in roleplay.
Nuance in art, and the forms it takes, nuance in what is truly harmful, or what just makes people uncomfortable.

ABDL is a form of CBT (Corrective Behavioral Therapy).
There are most definitely ways to practice it unsafely, just like any other form of BDSM and CBT, but while the intention behind ABDL is different for all individuals, we all advocate for harm reduction, however that looks.
