Okay... now that I'm well past my bedtime due to my brain and not being tired I need to try to force myself to go to sleep. I hate it. I'll probably only get like four hours. 😒

I don't know much about pointilism specifically, but I was always big into shading and techniques.

I haven't thought about these old pieces in a while. I forgot that I had them on my phone until I looked in my art folder.

They're related in that both use small dots. Stippling is more for value/shading/texture while pointilism is more distinctly dots of color, I think.

Those first two were done entirely in ballpoint pen with no pencil involved. I was in a stippling phase. 😅

Something more anime leaning was always my go-to style long ago if I wasn't trying for realism. This here is actually kind of new to me.

Slowly but surely, we're going to start showing character art for the show thanks to our amazing co-creator @phillonidier.bsky.social !

So while we WILL get to all of them, two of the characters we had the strongest vision for were our Mothman devotee Tim and vendorbot Archie!
