Over 60 German and Austrian universities, the German Federal Court of Justice and multiple top German football clubs have announced that they will be withdrawing from Twitter (X), due to US oligarch Elon Musk's "discussion" (collaboration) with Germany's neo-Nazi party (AfD) Alice Weidl.
Yes this is exactly my strategy.

The nanobodies were additionally expressed as intrabodies in both cultured oligodendrocytes and COS-7 cells. The nanobodies are freely available tools for structural biology as well as functional studies and molecular imaging.
Fluorescently labelled nanobodies were validated for staining of both teased nerve fibres and whole brain sections, as well as STED microscopy of nodes of Ranvier.
We developed and characterised a set of high-affinity nanobody binders against the myelin enzyme CNPase. A thorough biophysical characterisation was accompanied by high-resolution X-ray crystallography to identify the precise epitopes for each nanobody.

Hats off to funding sources and research infrastructures @unioulu.bsky.social @dfgpublic.bsky.social (again, cannot find most of you here but maybe soon).
Great collaborative effort with good friends including @opazo.bsky.social @myelincentric.bsky.social @sigurbjornm.bsky.social and many others (sorry if I did not find the rest you on this platform yet).
Hehe, this is great! 7 years in the making, but only the starting point for the future - followup data are already being collected. 🧪
