But the facts that the district court judge (who is physically in Portland, less than 2 miles from the ICE facility) were clearly erroneous despite the record support!

Most absurd part is that UHC denied it had made up its mind yet in an email to MH while it had already readied all its merch and announced the name just a few days later. Then they had the gaul to claim MH was "inviting" it.
