I think she's done with England. Every time I saw her bat for Hampshire and she looked to make a score she got herself out with a bad shot. If she drops that from her game there is a way back but at the moment it's too flawed

Now she can go into next season and completely overhaul the ODI squad and has a 4 year long build opportunity with an almost completely new team. Kemp, Macca, Scrivens (just for you Syd), and maybe even Perrin. I think bowling wise we are good with England but there is a lot of batting talent coming

Here's a thought, Given that a lot of the current squad aren't going to be around for the next world cup or may have called a day on their cricket career all together could there be a possibility that Charlotte thought "we'll take this lot to the world cup and see what we can do."
