yeah, probably. I think it was implemented just by adding a fixed half second timer but it breaks when it's trying to reimport before the previous reimport finished

blender 5 added some new geometry nodes that make it much easier to scatter trash and vegetation around. I'll make a blog post later to explain in detail!
