Same with drum island (tyrannical leader controlling the population by limiting health care and making it incredibly expensive and even uncertain if you can get it), so glad that there aren't any politics in one piece :)

Luckily because one piece isn't political there's no political parallels between alabasta (powerful individual backed by world government infiltrating and taking over the country in secret) and like the real world nono :)

While I haven't watched more since last night, I gotta say one piece really picked up at loguetown and hasn't really dropped the ball once since they entered the grand line either, though so far loguetown is the best arc imo, alabasta is shaping up to be very interesting
