On July 29 we lost our 11 y/o cat—after a year of hell.
On October 8 we had extra food to donate to the ASPCA.
This little boy sitting pretty giving me bedroom eyes caught my eye.
He came home with his twin sister.
My song "BONG" came on (Lucky's song) & Angel acted like he knew it.

We don't know much, but we know our rights as homeowners were violated.
We know my Civil Rights were violated.
We know Henderson/Las Vegas is corrupt.
We were told by the NSCB to contact the NV AG, & the NV AG told us to contact the NSCB.
We called Legal Air Center & State Bar, & got bad referrals.

I have 20 minutes of Ring video from the day Henderson PD was sent here by the NSCB to silence our complaint.
I've been hesitant to release it publicly because I generally do support police, but they did not meet the threshold for the L2K hold.
The video clips prove it.
It wasn't a wellness check...

Lately I've tried to get the complete record of all calls to our home since we moved in, including BWC & calls.
We got an index and see numerous calls we knew nothing about.
The Henderson PD has gone silent on our request & I was forced to contact the @aclu.org of Nevada for their help.
No response.

The Henderson PD was dispatched to our home 3 days after Pure Plumbing discovered our sewage lines were not properly hydrojetted.
I was trying to explain my symptoms to the NSCB which included troubling self-harm ideation.
They placed me on a L2K hold but let me shave beforehand.
Just to silence us!

When a contractor turns your home into a gas oven (literally), and you are impacted by it physically, the struggle is real.
We hired Bumble Breeze to replace our HVAC system, they told us we didn't need ductwork. It failed in July 2024.
They also didn't loop the water softener or hydrojet correctly.

These were his final moments, at age 11.
The vets claim it was this, that or the other thing, his genetics or the big C, but we find that hard to believe while our other cats had similar health issues as each other and ourselves.
We simply requested that NSCB order a removal/refund.
We seek justice.

The first video is our dearly departed cat Mister Lucky the first day in this home, April 2019.
He died here on July 2025 suffering needlessly after nearly two years of exposure from these contractors who put profits before people.
We trusted them, & they burned us badly.
It feels like nobody cares.

We are a same-sex married couple, my husband (real life) is an immigrant to this country through our marriage, a senior & with disabilities. I have voted Democrat my entire life.
We're not savvy enough with home stuff & the laws here, as transplants from Arizona. I'm from Long Island, NY originally.

Even Pure Plumbing & Air abandoned us in the end because they're greedy & we were so broke we couldn't afford the extra work they said we needed which we actually did not.
They said they'd give us a full file of every invoice and call they made here, & didn't.
They left us with septic water systems.

It made us sick with respiratory issues, misdiagnosed with COPD (now we're fine).
It made our cats sick, one of them died in July 2025, another is recovering from chronic infections, our 3rd cat has ongoing respiratory issues.
We filed with everyone, dismissed. I emailed everyone in office, ignored.

She ignored requests for assistance along with the others. Titus did have someone contact us, but they were a robot who clearly was tasked with confusing/discouraging us on NRS, while ignoring the greater issues of contractor issues we contacted her office about. Aaron Ford won't get my vote either.

We've been the victims of Authoritarianism for two years now trying to seek assistance with contractor workmanship, slander/libel, and abandonment. All our joy has been stolen along with our money & trust.
It's not depression, it's not fatalism either, it's a broken system & people who won't help.💔

I don't think you intended to shittalk Obama with it, but people need to understand it wasn't his fault.
He was being our President, and the culture war was happening just outside of his periphery.

It's probably true, but to frame it tied to @barackobama.bsky.social's Presidency feeds the discord.
If it wasn't for Trump, chances are the flames of division would've been doused.
If people had taken the threat of Trumpism more seriously from the start we could've sent it to hell where it belongs.

Jesus should love me most of all because I'm outcast for making art & trying to hire HONEST contractors who instead ripped us off, made us sick & then lied about it to skip accountability. I'm hoping @aclu.org will help us since no one else will.

It's late, so that was a messy reply.
But the police records are for my own house.
The PD Records dept refuses to give me a reply and I was respectful in all my correspondences.
Yeah, I live online as a cartoon character, but I clearly state "by Geo Kas" denoting an actual human being behind it...🤔

I've been asking for this for two years now.
Got ripped off, made sick, labeled as mentally unwell, dismissed, and still I keep hoping that someone, lately the @aclu.org of Nevada will help just a little bit to restore my faith in humanity.
Can't even get Police records.
I feel alone in all things.
