This looks like a good jumping off point.

I have only one tip that immediately jumps out. You want flexible removal. Ultima is really tricky to cast, and i would recommend Cleansing Nova or Farewell in its stead. Topple the Statue is really narrow. Maybe Crush Contraband or Requisitioner Raid?

It's got a straightforward plan: Play creatures and get value.

The creatures I end up drawing change what that value looks like. The commander being Morophon helps a ton, since a lot of lords are humans.

Yeah. It uses a bunch of random, mismatched lords, like Sophia, or Summon: Leviathan, or sliver Hivepool, and then plays a ton of changelings who all benefit from the different lords.

It's based on the Everyone's Invited precon. I've also loved Cid when everyone is both a hero and an artificer!
