Of course The Fall happened in that period too, but in some ways that was the spark for a regenerated club. We had that 1970s run in the old Div 2, and an FA Cup semi-final, but my memory of those years was of often bleak football in a soulless atmosphere.
Q now is have we peaked, or still growing?

I have to remind myself that, in some ways, these have been the golden years. Two league titles, and a third place promotion, four playoff finals and a Wembley FA Trophy final, in the last 25 years or so. Would've been nice to win at Wembley once, of course, but this has been a relatively good time

We flounced out of the EU on the say-so of politicians who lied to us. And what a total shitshow that’s turned out to be. The polar opposite of what they promised.
