I come from a country with compulsory so we do not have people trying to supress the voter turn out so I'm just interested in what makes people not want to vote.
If we don't vote we get a letter asking us why we didn't vote if the excuse isn't passable you get a $25 fine about 3/4 don't get fined

Has anyone polled people who don't vote and asked them why?
Is it a personal choice or is there barriers in place to stop them?
Looking at the USA from the out side the corruption in your political and justice systems are just staggering to me.

Instead of wringing your hands look at what is stopping 1/3 if your population from voting.
I'm from a country with compulsory voting so he who holds the middle wins.
I just do not understand why so many Americans do not vote and would love to know if something is stopping them?

How about you look at the 36% of your countrymen that didn't vote and find out why?

The House 3 terms (9 years) the Senate 2 terms (12 years) short of cause if early elections are called

I find it hard to believe so many Americans fell for his bullshit again.
He told everyone that he would impose Tariffs and they still voted for him.
They did realise they would see prices rise?
Tariffs is just another sales taxes how did they not know that?

I just hope that your viewer reach will grow so some of the 36% of voter who did not vote will feel enough pain that they vote in the mid terms.
I would give up on trying to get the 33% who voted for trump to change their ways.

It will take years for the USA to rebuild trust of the world and just as long to heal from with in.
