Catch me at the Ballpark has my favourite ending song for a while, it's so lively and fun.
#ClairObscur is stupidly good. The art style and world design? Sublime. The rush of getting that full combo parry? Unmatched. The soundtrack? All bangers. The writing & acting? Not a dry eye in the house. The costumes? Magnifique. Has to be a contender for GOTY surely.

Well #Zenshu was utterly charming wasn't it. Quite refreshing to have an original show that you can't spoil for yourself!

Episode 11 just hammered this home. Really enjoyed the animation style of the episode too, and the ending? Hook it up to my veins.

Haven't posted anything for a bit but that's mostly because I'm watching series that are currently airing (Blue Box, Sakamoto Days, Okitsura, Honey Lemon Soda, AIFILWY, Guild Receptionist, Kuroiwa Medaka) but also because I moved house and it was a bit of a pain in the butt 🫠 don't recommend.

Another day another finished #anime series - Our Dating Story. It was OK, lots of very wholesome moments but man the main guy made me frustrated with how dumb he is. Not sure how much of that can be attributed to him being a teenage boy... Or maybe I was that stupid back then too.

Did I binge the 2 seasons of the Dangers in my Heart #anime this week while lurking GDQ? Yes I did. Oh my lord seeing the end of the school trip (and the end of the episode) animated filled my heart with unbridled joy - so cute. Easily one of my favourite romance series of all time.

Finished the first season of DanDaDan, can see why people liked it (and also why people found it questionable). I like the dynamic between all the characters, fun to have such a varied group.

Another week another #anime - this time Hell's Paradise. Found it really enjoyable, the twist at the end made me audibly say "no no no" but intrigued to see where it goes from there. Shame season 2 apparently isn't out for ages though.
