I was the same. Most of my life I've been under 50kg.
But last year I decided I really wanted to try to gain.
I want to gain, but while not eating like rubbish. It mostly requires planning for what you want to eat.

Last time I weighed I was 57kg.

It looks like you have the Pico 4 ultra. I have just the regular Pico 4 and it's a beast of a wireless pcvr headset. Especially in comparison to my rift CV1 which I upgraded from. Got a custom faceplate for it because I thought the stock was uncomfortable. AMVR I think.

Decided to replay rising of evil (difficulty mod for Resident evil 4 OG) because there was a new update, The "definitive edition". Glad i remembered some of the rooms; some of them can be bulshoot if you're not prepared. Definately won't be playing again even if there is another update.

I think the overall problem is that studios are trying to cater to everyone. But when you cater to everyone, you cater to no-one.

Still I struggle to engage with many AAA games these days. Hopefully it's just bad design and not my thrashed attention span. Sadly I think it's both

The addiction is real and probably getting worse without us realising. There's probably research being conducted on how to fully optimise attention harvesting.
at home i can barely talk to my family because they're having their attention harvested by their phones constantly

i've had to remove all social media from my phone. Even then i still find myself unlocking just to keep myself stimulated. I won't even do anything meaningful while i'm on it. i'll just open my banking app or my mail just to get a hit of that sweet sweet stimulation.

but the question is, what's the next move after blocking installing apps from not the play store? will i be blocked from removing apps? will i be forced to watch an AD before unlocking my phone? will i have to drink from my verification can before opening an app?

idk if it's because i work in the telecom/ mobile industry or if i'm just naturally a cynical person. But i genuenly hate how modern smartphones are now. i hardly feel like i own this damn rectangle, it's sole purpose feels like it's to keep me hooked 24/7, and it does things without my conscent.

i can recommend it, but only if you have the willpower to not log on daily, to not mindlessly play the slot machines, to not fall for the FOMO and grindy nature of these games.
i had an addiction to genshin several years back, hurt my education, my wallet (and probably my attention)
