US Secretary of State for Health RFK Jr,

"There is no vaccine that is, you know, safe and effective"

Anyone else worried about these nonsensical conspiracy theories being mainstreamed?

RFK is most certainly anti-vax. He was during the outbreak in American Samoa, and he is still. Please refer to the very first video at the top of all this tread.

It is not a BS term!
Assuming you agree that MMR vaccinations could have saved those children. Then I think the only thing we disagree on is the overall contribution of RFK and his NP to the disaster.
I give the original links. But it's so obvious that you don't look at anything.
That's from Nov 2019. By then the nurses that caused the original issue had already been found guilty, and sentenced.

It was while children were dying of measles, he tried to push more disinformation.
1) Anti-vax misinformation is not limited to saying it "kills babies". And he's been pushing his BS for years. Your questioning this shows how much of a bad faith actor you are. He's doing it today FFS

2) pulitzercenter.org/stories/samo...

it was also brought up during his confirmation hearing.
He went on the invite of antivaxers to help push antivax. Which he did! Even going so far as to try an coax the PM during the outbreak that the deaths were from the MMR vaccine.

You're entire position is that he influences no one. Otherwise you have to admit he bears some responsibility.
Which of these do you think are untrue prior to AS deadly outbreak
1) Antivax influencers, including RFKs non-profit, RFK himself and local influencers were pushing antivax misinformation to the people of AS
2) During actual outbreak, RFK tried to persuade the PM of AS that deaths were caused by MMR
So you accept that they spread anti-vax misinformation, but think it wasn't "significant".
Providing a link is more than you. Also, when they show his NP pushed anti-vax on the island, or that his trip was organised by anti-vax, or that he even pushed it to the PM during outbreak.

You the argue that the sentiment was only due to the unfortunate accident.

You're a cult mate!
You ignore all the links regarding AS and you ignore everything RFK is doing RIGHt now also.
The files have been safely stored in the East Wing of the White House....
Honestly, It's surprising, but it looks like he would have told them to use unproven medicine. I mean, if he's doing it now, then it's likely that he did it back then too.

He might have even more blood on his hands than I thought.

Measles cases pick up as RFK promotes unproven treatments
There are over 250 cases of measles in at least a dozen states across the US.

So your confusion is that you thought I was saying RFK was responsible for the injection accident.

No, I'm saying that he and his anti-vax ilk, capitalised on the fear of the island population to spread additional fears about mmr, further reducing vaccine uptake. Also as per article
For RFK, you definitely would have to specify. He's been a long-time antivax. So much so that a search is like filling a thimble with a waterfall. My time is too precious.

You asked for an example. I gave one. Why don't you search and find him telling AS to take the MMR?
You said:
"Name me a relevant lie about mmr you are claiming that is relevant to RFK, jr. and parents deciding not to vaccinate their kids with mmr."

That's just a quick google search.... and it would be targetted at pro-lifers not to vaccinate their kids with MMR.
Actually, you posited
"RFK, jr. had nothing to do with it what happened there. He only arrived in the aftermath."

Well, his non-profit was pushing anti-vax ads, before he turned up in july 2019 for that personal touch. Which was BEFORE.

pulitzercenter.org/stories/samo...
first thing just picked of a search... you know he's said more.... he ran a fecking Non-Profit that was dedicated too it FFS
It was ACCIDENTALLY mixed with a muscle relaxant. The 2 nurses in question ended up getting 5 years for their negligence. The accident has nothing to do with MMR efficacy or safety!

lol. Nice strawman regarding RFK. How about you google how often he shits on MMR and other vaccines.

You're not the sharpest LLM in the toolkit if you didn't follow.

2018, two babies died due to accidental injection of muscle relaxant, not mmr.

2019, 81 people died; mostly children; because people capitalised on a bad situation to spread more lies about mmr.
Did he just say "The lost 2 out of the last 3 elections".... Well, at least Jesse is declaring that Trump lost 2020.
