or were too influenced by confirmation bias to care.

When faced with someone who knew how to handle his childish tactics, his lack of logical debate skills was exposed.

It's almost football season. That means the manliest of men are about to spend six months complaining that seeing an attractive blonde girl on the screen is taking away from their time seeing dudes in tight pants grabbing on each other.
As a kid, I lay in bed at night, terrified about it. I grew up in a Hellfire and brimstone Southern Baptist church, so this nonsense was preached to me every Sunday. They showed us kids all the idiotic A Thief in the Night movies, too.

“God spared my life for a reason.” “I was saved by God to make America great again.” Ever since the assassination attempt in Pennsylvania last year, Trump has been echoing this kind of messianic rhetoric. But lately, he’s not just courting the idea that he’s chosen or anointed, he’s embracing it.

Yep. Religion in government is okie dokie until little Johnny brings home a Baphomet coloring book he got at school.
How this wasn't a unanimous decision against the religious nonsense my state was trying to pull blows my mind. Section II-5 of the Oklahoma Constitution clearly prohibits this kind of theocratic rubbish.
Breaking News: A divided Supreme Court rejected a plan to allow Oklahoma to use government money to run the nation’s first religious charter school.

And it's even more clearly stated in the Oklahoma Constitution. It is so clearly stated there that it blows my mind that this isn't a unanimous decision against this theocratic nonsense.

Two things I learned today:
1. Trump can't see obvious edits to photos.
2. Lots of people don't know that the word Photoshop is a proper noun.
If you want to see how much of an ignoramus Trump is, watch the interview where he tries to argue that MS13 was tattooed on Abrego Garcia's knuckles and not edited onto a photo attempting to identify other tattoos as symbols for MS13. www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8joVQjo/

If you say that someone who has been accused of a crime doesn't deserve due process, you are too ignorant about due process to be talking about it.
If your Education Secretary thinks AI is a steak sauce, you might have picked the wrong person.
It's too bad the Constitution doesn't grant the power to impose tariffs to Congress instead of putting it in the hands of one person.

Oh, wait, never mind.

I was interested in this, but it didn't just focus on the town deciding to eliminate an evil-doer and that was a bit of a letdown. A lot of bad things happened in this town and the last crime it dealt with could have been another documentary by itself.
