Part of the reason I pushed for the digital signage and real time info, was to bring this to light. The data is very bad, very often. The more the general public sees this, the easier it is to invoke change.

So cart before horse problem :)

The whole ghost/lying to you - is a OC problem, which I hope to address with a email and the new incoming management. I'm in full agreement (and so is the people using the signs) - none of the data is good if you lie.

Current studies show that those with the least amount of money give disproportionately the most, in frequency and proportional to their income.

Rich people may give the most total dollar amount, but for the most part they're stingy collectively.

Landlord forgot to switch over thermostat from cooling to heating, came back to my apartment being 47° c. It was likely that the whole time I was gone

My poor cat ran out of water at some point, the huge bowl drunk/evaporated, all my plants pretty much dead, fridge burns on contact
