Jesus literally same hat, no joke. I legit thought i didnt like my ocs anymore because of similar reasons. I appreciate the acknowledgement, im sorry you have to experience that too.

Oh absolutely, I really do appreciate the kind words and acknowledgment. It sucked for sure but it really did teach me those pattern recognitions, that’s something I’m grateful to have knowledge on now.

Thank you, I’ve been so much happier since I left but holy crap man. It’s that harsh realization of “yikes you really aren’t a good person” after leaving. Probably one of the most spiteful people I’ve have yet met. I was “friends” with her for 5 years. Glad it’s done for sure.

She legit inherently made me feel unsafe for being excited in a fandom.

She would try to “relate” but making fun of artists (that were drawing the very same things I was) knowing fully well I am not the type to bash down on others for where they stand in their art journey. Fuckin gross.

So disinterested in the things I wanted to share or say, she always would interrupt and make the conversation about herself whenever I would try to share concept art or au ideas.

She would constantly interrupt me and point out the “bad” things about the fandom I was in. Never anything good lol
