Thank you! honestly it all started because when I met Lemony Snicket at one of his plays, for some reason I blurted out "I drew you as a dog" 😂 As soon as it came out of my mouth I couldn't believe I said it, but when I met him again later it gave me the idea to ask for this! & now I have 2 of them!

As for her response, I didn't see her face, I was nervous & looking down, but she just seemed to accept it! 😂 I had handed her a drawing I did of Holtzmutt just to explain it quicker. When I told Lemony Snicket the same thing, his reaction was very funny, that is a memory I will keep forever! 😂

I agree!! Although I'm not sure who else I can draw. I've drawn Count Olaf as a dog and just found out his actor in the Netflix ASOUE did write a children's book (which I just bought!), so there is him! And I did consider drawing Pseudonymous Bosch as a dog, but haven't, yet. 😂

ISN'T IT?? I'm running out of Authors Who I have Kind of Drawn As Dogs Before That I Can Meet In Person but I just found out Neil Patrick Harris wrote a kids book (I got it at a rummage sale!) and I've drawn Count Olaf as a dog so that might count? NO PUN INTENDED

this is the funniest object for a board game, like, you're either trying to kill the kids' guardian (as Olaf) or trying to keep the guardian alive (as the Baudelaires)

I played it with @jusdberube.bsky.social as soon as we got home. he was Olaf (and he was appropriately cunning and nasty) and I was the Baudelaires. I won, but by like. barely a hair. it was pretty fun and funny!

Woah...the Sheepdog really seems to be getting into character this Halloween. Better make sure your costumes are extra spooky (or extra cute) when you come trick-or-treating!

I've been jokingly referring to this as the "Twelve Thousand Dollar Sketchbook," and now it's unfortunately the Fourteen Thousand Dollar Sketchbook, but... money comes back, Bug won't. It's okay. And the name only gets funnier, I guess.

Months ago, when Bug first started getting sick, I started a new sketchbook dedicated to quick live studies of her as part of my morning routine. I thought I'd only get a few pages in before she passed, but it's been months now, and on the 22nd we officially filled it. Today I had her sign it.
