How can I sleep when my heart is heavy with worries? My mother is tired and the situation is difficult, and every passing moment increases my feelings of anxiety and pain. I see her suffering and try to endure it, but sleep escapes me, and my heart finds no rest as long as I feel her pain.💔🥺
